The picture below depicts a draft image of what I would call the 'perfect society' - or at least as close as you can get to perfect. Known as 'Naella', the Utopia is located in the far west of Dallas, Texas, although it is not attached to the U.S.A. Instead, I have detached the large expanse of land, directing it in a south-east direction and have made it an island floating atop the Atlantic ocean. Shanae and I both decided on Dallas as the cost of living is much lower, which may result in cheaper building materials, small-town characteristics, great amenities and a fair amount of sophistication. 

Geographical features include a wildlife park, mountain range to the north, tropical rain forest to the south, a small underwater cave, mangroves, streams, lagoons and windmill farms. An additional feature is a secret harbor known only by Utopians. The harbor allows for the exportation of materials and is hidden to reduce the possibility of attack.
